Sears Roebuck & Co. Fall & Winter 1937/1938
Yes, I know the title says fall & winter, and it's actually spring, but I haven't yet given up wearing my wool tights and at least 2 cardigans with every outfit, and besides, I left out the scans of the coats section!
As ever when I look through these selections I go oooh oooh oooh at each page thinking with each one that I have found the ultimate dress only to find it on the next page.Hard to say which I like best but I do like the green Celanese number and the four star feature red paisley one.Nice to see some "everyday" clothing too. Looking forward to seeing the coat Scans!
Thanks for sharing this wonderful scans. They look so beautiful! But the "Tyrolean Style Aprons" and specially the right one with the German flag - urgs, that looks horribly! But it is interesting to see. I have never seen something like this before :-)
